Fundraisers

How to start with no money up front:
(If you order the $15 fundraiser package you will have $15 credit towards your fundraiser order)

1. Send us an e-mail with your name, church/ministry name, phone, e-mail, shipping address.

2. We will then e-mail you a few more questions, our fundraiser contact number, and the following pdf documents:

A. Color Brochure (2 pages)
B. Order Form
C. Final Order Form

What to do next:

3. Print one Color Brochure and one Order Form for each participating member of your group.

4. Go out and sell and collect payment for the duration of your fundraiser (we reccommend 3 - 5 weeks).
IMPORTANT: If your buyers are writing checks, please have them make the checks payable to
your church or mininstry (not to BiblePosters.com).

5. When your group members turn in their Order Forms to you, print one copy of the Final Order Form.
Compile the information from all the order forms from your group members in the final order form.
Then make a copy of the final form, keep the original and send us the copy, along with a check or
money order payable to BiblePosters.com.

If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, please let us know and we will send you an electronic
invoice which you can pay online. If you pay with a check, we will ship your order once your check clears.

6. Your order will be shipped via UPS ground. Each member of your group will receive a Stay Flat
envelope with his/her order so they can deliver them to their buyers.

NOTE: Please refer to the following price chart to figure out the total amount you need to send us.
You will not need to wait for a check from us as you will keep your share of the sales and send us
only our share.
