How to start with our $15 sample package: (You will have $15 credit towards your fundraiser order)

1. Print and fill out this sample package order form (pdf) and mail it to us along with a check or money order for $15 to:

If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, please let us know and we will send you an electronic
invoice which you will be able to pay online.

2. We will then mail you the following sample materials:

- 1 color poster (this sample will be stamped "sample")
- 1 parchment poster (this sample will be stamped "sample")
- 1 bookmark (this sample will be stamped "sample")
- 1 professionally printed color brochure
- 1 order form

We will also send you our fundraiser contact number.

IMPORTANT: Because some times a decision to go forward with a fundraiser program is made
by a committee will include only 1 professionally printed color brochure and 1 order form.
Once a decision has been made to proceed with our easy fundraiser program we will send you
one color brochure and one order form for every participating member of your group.
If you have already made a decision to proceed with our program please let us know and we will
include one color brochure and one order form for every participating member of your group.

What to do next:

3. Go out and sell and collect payment for the duration of your fundraiser (for best results, we
recommend 3 - 5 weeks).
IMPORTANT: If your buyers are writing checks, please have them make the checks payable to
your church or mininstry (not to BiblePosters.com).

4. When your group members turn in their Order Forms to you, print one copy of the Final Order Form.
Compile the information from all the order forms from your group members in the final order form.
Then make a copy of the final form, keep the original and send us the copy, along with a check or
money order payable to BiblePosters.com.

If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, please let us know and we will send you an electronic
invoice which you can pay online. If you pay with a check, we will ship your order once your check clears.

5. Your order will be shipped via UPS ground. Each member of your group will receive a Stay Flat
envelope with his/her order so they can deliver them to their buyers.

NOTE: Please refer to the following price chart to figure out the total amount you need to send us.
You will not need to wait for a check from us as you will keep your share of the sales and send us
only our share.
